💬This is a good light. Five levels of brightness, the highest level being super bright. Easy magnetic connect charger, and the same as the older and other models, so interchangeable (although, the charger is proprietary). There are small LED lights around the power cycle button (dial) to indicate the mode and charge level. Well-made. Long lasting battery. Compact size for brightness.
💬Proximity Feature. I understand the need for this feature because the light gets very hot when in the brighter modes (so much so, that I have melted my holster more than once). The proximity feature lowers the brightness level when the tip of the light gets near another object (like the floor of your car, the top strap of the holster/case, your leg, your pants pocket, etc).
💬Brightness Level Ring. This works fine, once you get used to it. I just wish it would start out where I last left it (usually on bright). It seems to reset itself and starts out on the low level. There is also a series of clicks of the on/off button that brings you to different brightness modes and a strobe--some short clicks, some long holds, etc. Three quick clicks gets you the strobe feature, which is set at the highest brightness level... this mode may even disorient a bear (just kidding). Use of these click modes takes a bit getting used to, as well.

💬The Seeker 3 Pro is one of my favorites so far. I actually own 2 of them now. I have found that this model is nearly perfect for everyday use. Not too bright at the lower end and plenty bright enough at the high end to light up the entire backyard. A true flood with nice spread but not too much. Switch has a safety feature to stop accidental activation if bumped while on the belt or in a pocket. A quick 1/2 turn of the dial switch and your good to go. Holding down the dial will give you three levels of brightness. A double click gives you turbo from any level. An initial long press instead of a quick one will give you a very low 5 lumen night light. The dial can also be rotated instead to fine tune the brightness through many more steps than the three by long pressing.
💬Body has good grip is nice with rubber sides. With the exception of turbo the flashlight body doesn't get too warm with use. Battery and brightness level indicator lights are very easy to see even when light out. Flashlight comes with a very nice holster to boot. I have found that the proximity sensor can be a bit sensitive and will sometimes dim the light if something is more to the side rather than in front of the flashlight head.

💬At first I was hesitant to buy this flashlight because of some comments about the dial lockout. But I'm glad I did - I actually love the way it works. It is very quick to flick the dial prior to using the button. Those people who say that it slows them down must have very clumsy fingers. The dial turns so easy and smooth, you barely have to touch it to get it unlocked.
💬The reason I love this unlock feature is because now I can throw this in the car glovebox or slip it in my pocket, without worrying about the flashlight accidentally turning on and wearing out the battery when it bumps into something. This has previously happened to me many times with other flashlights. So this is the one I'm keeping in the car.
💬And the dial is wonderful for adjusting the exact power level in fine increments instead of the typical flashlight UI only being able to cycle through a few power modes.

💬I've owned a lot of flashlights, but this is going to be my go-to flashlight. The moonlight mode is perfect for backpacking as the moonlight mode is supposed to last for 15 days and throws enough light to find your way around in a tent. The higher modes can literally be as bright as you need by merely dialing the brightness using the rotary dial. Turbo mode is simply awesome. The Seeker 3 has a good feel in the hand and the switch is positive and the LEDs that show the brightness and battery levels are nice additions. The case appears durable and uses a clip rather than velcro to keep the flashlight secure.
