Hello everyone! Today, let's take a look at two Olight flashlights that I've recently been enjoying. I chose these two because they are the most different among all the new products. One is the brand-new Diffuse flashlight, and the other is the OClip flashlight. I chose them because they are very different in size, shape, and appearance, and I think you will like them.
Olight Diffuse Review
First, let's take a look at the Diffuse flashlight. This little guy outputs 700 lumens and uses two AA batteries, but it can also use Olight's rechargeable batteries.
It doesn't have a pocket clip or magnet tail, but it has a sleek and simple design.
You may ask, why does it have fewer functions than other flashlights?
Actually, in many cases, you don't need a magnet on your flashlight, such as your daily carry for lighting, and you may not even consider using a pocket clip.
This is the advantage of this flashlight, you can just put it in your pocket.
It doesn't have a tail switch because, as you know, if it were an i5r flashlight, you couldn't stand it up at the tail.
I often use it as a lantern when camping, which is very convenient, and you can stand it up.
So, there is indeed a market demand for flashlights with different shapes, and it may even be a niche demand.
This flashlight won't roll, you can open it and place it on a table or stand it up, which is very easy to hold.
As I said, it outputs 700 lumens, and I will take some pictures to show you its brightness. It has a nice flood effect, which is very pleasant.
If you want to learn more about the product details, please click here to read the product page.
I will introduce some details during use, the maximum brightness is 700 lumens, which can work continuously for 1 minute, then drops to 350 lumens, and can work continuously for 70 minutes, which is a good performance.
The high brightness is 350 lumens, the medium brightness is 50 lumens, the low brightness is 10 lumens, and there is also a moonlight mode with a brightness of 1 lumen.
There are a total of five modes, which are very practical.
I have always been a fan of i5t and i5r, but you can only get high and low brightness.
I often use the moonlight mode of the flashlight, so this feature is very good for me.
In addition, it also has a beautiful side switch and indicator light, which is very cool.
Who doesn't like colorful lights on their flashlight?
Regarding the demand for this flashlight, in addition to the appearance and structure, I also mentioned that it doesn't have a pocket clip, but in fact, it has a rope hole on the side, and you can tie a rope to it to prevent it from falling.
Overall, this is a very cool flashlight, and I like it very much.
Olight Oclip Review
Next is the OClip flashlight, which I think is one of the best new products from Olight because it is very versatile.
It is made entirely of aluminum, including the clip and the entire structure, which is of good quality and very compact.
It outputs 300 lumens of white light and red light. The clip can be opened up to 14mm, and the interior is made of rubber material, which provides a good grip.
It also has a magnet, which can be fixed where you need it.
There is also a keychain ring on the flashlight, which you can put on your keys or anything else.
Because its shape is square, it is very easy to stand up. I think this may be one of the most functional flashlights we have seen in a long time.
Of course, the Arkfeld flashlight is also very versatile, but this flashlight is really special.
I will take some outdoor use pictures to show you its beam effect.
The high brightness is 300 lumens, the medium brightness is 100 lumens, the low brightness is 10 lumens, and the moonlight mode is 1.5 lumens, which is very practical.
There are four modes for the red light.
What I like about this flashlight is that it adapts well to the Molly loop on my backpack, and after clipping it on, it can become a good beacon.
So if you are camping or taking a walk outside at night, you can clip it on your backpack as a beacon. It can flash with red light or keep the red light on.
Once again, all parts of this flashlight are made of aluminum, and they are very delicate.
There is a nice little switch on the side of the flashlight, and there is a USB C interface on the opposite side, which is very small, bright, and cool.
Go check it out, I think this is one of the coolest and most practical flashlights Olight has launched this year.
